Bhagawan Sathya Sai Baba, prominent Indian religious leader undergoing treatment for multi-organ dysfunction at a private hospital at Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh has reportedly suffered liver failure.
"Although his vital parameters and indices are near normal, yet the condition of his liver and intermittent episodes of low blood pressure are still a cause of worry," Dr A N Safaya, Director, Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, said in a medical bulletin in Puttaparthi on Wednesday.
He also said that the Sai Baba continues to remain on ventilation to help his lungs.
A panel of doctors are monitoring him round-the-clock and giving all the necessary treatment to keep him in a stable state of health, Dr Safaya said.
Sathya Sai Baba, 86, was hospitalised on March 28 following problems related to heart and respiration.

| Actor privithviraj wedding
Much has been written about Prithviraj and his marriage plans to Supriya Menon. Though he hasn't spoken much about the girl, Prithviraj has gone on record to state that there are no marriage plans in the offing.
However, sources continue to state that the actor will indeed be getting married today, April 25, to Supriya in a hush hush wedding at a resort in Palakkad district where his to-be wife hails from.
We are told that Prithviraj wanted his wedding to be a personal and private affair without cameras, and flashlights. Thus, only about 50 people (friends and family included) will be in attendance. If talks are to be believed, Prithviraj intends to host a reception a couple of days after the wedding where he'll invite one and all.

| AirIndia on strike
Around 60 Air India flights were cancelled while several others delayed on the second day of the pilots' strike which continued despite the Delhi high court directing them to return to work.
In Delhi, 33 domestic and five international flights to Kathmandu, Kabul and Dubai were cancelled as the airline management decided to operate only those flights for which cabin crew as well as adequate pilots were available.
Similarly, unavailability of cockpit crew forced the national carrier to cancel around 19 flights, including two international ones, out of Mumbai.
"These cancellation have been done as per our contingency plan under which we had decided to operate only those flights for which pilots and cabin crew were available," an Air India official said.

| Osama bin Laden dead, Obama says justice is done
Osama bin Laden, the glowering mastermind behind the September 11, 2001, terror attacks that killed thousands of Americans, was killed in an operation led by the United States, President Barack Obama said on Sunday.
The world's most wanted man had been killed in a Pakistani compound in an operation on Sunday, which had been carried after cooperation from Islamabad, the US leader said.
Obama said in the historic address from the White House that he had directed the US armed forces to launch an attack against a compound in Pakistan on Sunday acting on a lead that first emerged last August.
"A small team of Americans carried out the operation with extraordinary courage and capability. No Americans were harmed. They took care to avoid civilian casualties." A jubilant crowd gathered outside the White House as word spread of bin Laden's death after a global manhunt that lasted nearly a decade.
