After long fight the pride of kerala met his first defeat in Junior Idol. Though talented pride of kerala was not able of win the title Junior idol. Looking back we can say he has done well,hope this defeat will be a stepping stone in his future Journey.

Vaishnav Girish is an Indian Playback Singer.Early life and educationVaishnav Girish was born as the second child of Mr. A K Girish Kumar and Mrs. Mini V Menon on June 21, 2002 in Kodungallur, a small town in Thrissur District of Kerala.CareerVaishnav Girish was a contestant of the reality show named “Surya Singer – Season 2” telecasted by Surya TV in the year 2014. And he was the Title Winner of that Show. The very same year, he won the CBSE Kerala State “Kalaprathibha” – UP Section title. He has won lot of prizes in musical competitions all over Kerala including P.Bhaskaran Foundation Award. He got an opportunity to sing the song “Daivadashakam” composed by Noushad Azhikode which is declared as the anthem for SNDP played in all of their functions. Won the “MLA Excellence Award” and was honored by Dr. Padmasree Bharath Mammootty during the Ceremony. And he is now one among the top 4 contestants of the top rated musical reality show in India named Indian Idol Junior conducted by Sony TV. Currently being in top 4 of Indian Idol Junior 2015, Vaishnav has already won two consecutive “Best Performer of the day Award” during the course of the show.
Indian Idol Junior, the serial which everyone awaited for its second season commenced from 30 May 2015 on Sony TV. The season was aired on Saturday and Sunday nights at 8:30 pm IST. The series was mainly meant for kids aged between five to fifteen years.The show was hosted by Hussain Kuwajerwala and co-hosted by Asha Negi. Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha was on the judging panel of the show along with Vishal Dadlani, Shalmali Kholgade and Salim Merchant.The auditions were held in Kolkata, Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai,and for the first time in Dubai and these were judged by Shalmali Kholgade as a special guest for the auditions round along with Vishal Dadlani and Salim Merchant.The winner of the show received a cash prize of Rs. 25 lakh from Sony Entertainment Television and other prizes from sponsors of the show.
