another method is, just cut the onion keeping it dipped in water in a bowl. this is my method if there are too many onions to cut.

there is a draw back..it will take more time to fry onion

while frying add pinch of salt to the onion to get it fried fast..

add pinch of salt to the onion to get it fried fast..

but still if you dip the onion into water it will lon time than usual ...what u can do is remove the skin of onion previous and cut ext day..that will reduce crying

this weekend we r shifting to sarjapur...so bit busy with packing..as usual everything is on my head

while washing chiken.. add salt+lime/vinegar...it will clean chicken nicely
