ഡോ.സണ്ണി തിരിച്ചുവരുന്നു; ലാല്‍-പ്രിയന്‍ ടീം വീണ്ടും ഒന്നിക്കുന്നു


മോഹന്‍ലാല്‍ -പ്രിയദര്‍ശന്‍ ടീം വീണ്ടും ഒന്നിക്കുന്നു. 'മണിച്ചിത്രത്താഴ്' എന്ന സൂപ്പര്‍ ഹിറ്റ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഡോ.സണ്ണി എന്ന കഥാപാത്രമായി ലാല്‍ ഈ ചിത്രത്തില്‍ വീണ്ടും എത്തുന്നു എന്നതാണ് മുഖ്യ സവിശേഷത. സെവന്‍ആര്‍ട്ട്‌സ് നിര്‍മിക്കുന്ന ചിത്രത്തിന് പേരിട്ടിട്ടില്ല. മറ്റു വിശദാശംങ്ങളും അറിവായിട്ടില്ല. 21 വര്‍ഷം മുമ്പ് 1992-ല്‍ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ 'മണിച്ചിത്രത്താഴ്' ഒരു ട്രെന്‍ഡ്‌സെറ്ററായിരുന്നു. ഇതിലെ പലതലങ്ങളിലായി വികസിക്കുന്ന ഡോ.സണ്ണി എന്ന കഥാപാത്രം ഏറെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.

സംവിധായകന്‍ ഫാസിലടക്കമുള്ള മണിച്ചിത്രത്താഴിന്റെ ശില്പികളുടെ അനുഗ്രഹാശിസ്സുകളോടെയാണ് പുതിയ ചിത്രം തുടങ്ങുന്നതെന്ന് മോഹന്‍ലാലും പ്രിയദര്‍ശനും അറിയിച്ചു. 2012-ല്‍ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ 'അറബീം ഒട്ടകോം മാധവന്‍നായരും -ഒരു മരുഭൂമിക്കഥ' എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലാണ് ഇതിനു മുമ്പ് ലാലും -പ്രിയനും ഒന്നിച്ചത്.
